Frozen Yellowfin Tuna Steaks (Thunnus albacares) — individually vacuum-packed (IVP), 6 oz, natural, Grade A kitchen steaks. Hook-and-line / pole-and-line caught, all-natural and untreated, once-frozen. Skinless steaks, 2 x 6 oz fillets per vacuum pouch; packed in bulk 14 kg (30.86 lb net) master cases. Wild-caught from an MSC-certified sustainable fishery.
